At Vinayak Sales Corporation, Miraj, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products along with transparent and hassle-free service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. General Return Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The original bill/invoice is mandatory for processing any return or exchange.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or transit-damaged products.

2. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or installation.
  • Items without the original bill, packaging, or accessories.
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items.
  • Products that show signs of wear, scratches, or physical damage not reported at delivery time.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share photos/videos of the damage on WhatsApp or email.
  3. Our team will inspect the issue and confirm eligibility.
  4. Replacement will be provided depending on product availability.
    If replacement is not possible, refund or credit note may be offered.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the following way:

  • If the return is approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible products within the return window.
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid or will be refunded accordingly.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; the customer must follow the regular return process.

7. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • In Miraj and nearby locations, return pickup may be arranged depending on product type.
  • For other locations, customers may need to ship the product back.
  • Shipping charges for returns (unless our error) are to be borne by the customer.
